Every assignment is governed by the written scope, deliverables, access arrangements, programme and commercial terms agreed for that project.

Scope

The survey method, reference, detail, checks and output format depend on the intended use. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised instruction and fee.

Client information and access

The client is responsible for providing available documents, safe and lawful site access and a contact person where necessary.

Deliverables

Plans, coordinates, files and reports are prepared for the agreed purpose. They should not be reused for a different purpose without review.

Third-party approvals

Regulatory acceptance, title determination and legal outcomes remain subject to the relevant authorities and professional processes.
